Pay Bills

You can pay your bills from your account in Online Banking. You can view your scheduled bills on the Account Summary screen or on the Pending Bill Payments screen.

How to pay a bill

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click the Pay Bills tab.
  3. Select the account you wish to Pay From.
  4. Check the box next to the bills you wish to pay, enter the Amount you wish to pay, and select the Payment Date for each bill, then click Continue.
  5. Confirm your payment information, and click Continue.

If you chose to pay bills with today's date, your bill payment is completed. If you chose to pay your bills on a future date, your bill payment is now set up.

Cancelling scheduled bill payments

If you have created a scheduled bill payment you can cancel it before the date that it is to be processed.

On the Account Summary screen or on the Pending Bill Payments screen click Delete next to the bill payment you want to delete. The bill payment will then be deleted.

When do payments reach the payee?

It can take up to 3 business days for your bill payment to reach the payee. Be sure to give yourself enough time to make your payment before it is due.
