Logging In

Logging in to Online Banking is quick, easy and secure.

Step 1: From the Homepage click "Login"

The login area has been simplified to only include the “Login” button and existing links.



If you're on any other page on our site just click the Online Banking link at the top of the site header.

Any one of these methods does the same thing: they let you start to log in to Online Banking.

If you don't have a MEMBER CARD®, phone our Member Service Centre at 604-517-0100
and we'll send one to you free of charge in the mail or visit your nearest branch.

Step 2: Enter the last 8-digit of your member card and password (or personal access code)



* If you're note at a computer you can trust (e.g. your home computer that only you or your family have access to) - avoid selecting the "Remember Me" checkbox.

and we'll provide you with one right away on the phone, or visit your nearest branch.

Step 3: Enable 2-Step Verification



2-Step verification adds an extra-layer of security to your login experience. This new feature replaces the security questions you have been accustomed to answering and will not be required at every log-in.

If you are not already enrolled in 2SV, you will be shown the “Enable 2-Step Verification” screen whenever you log-in. If you wish to skip enrollment, you may press the “Not Now” button to enroll at a later date. Please Note: After May 15, 2021 you will be required to enroll in 2-Step Verification
