About Collabria Link

Managing your WSCU Collabria Visa card transactions just got much simpler. Members can now log into online banking and see all your WSCU Collabria visa transactions in one place. Plus, you can access the Collabria MyCardInfo portal directly through online banking.

Here’s how it works:

If you’re the primary card holder for your WSCU Collabria Visa card, simply log in to online banking, and from the Account Summary page:

  1. Select “Link Accounts” from the Collabria Cards Section
  2. On the Add/Remove Collabria Card page, select “Link a Credit Card”
  3. After reading/reviewing the terms and conditions select “I Agree” to finish linking your WSCU Collabria card
  4. Enter your card details and select “Link Card”

That’s it! You can now view your WSCU Collabria card transactions all from within Online Banking.

Why can only the primary cardholder link their Collabria Card their online banking?

You can only link your WSCU Collabria Visa to your WSCU online banking account. As part of the verification process, the date of birth on file with Westminster Savings must match identically with the date of birth on file with Collabria.

It says only primary cardholders can link, so if I have a secondary card and my spouse is the primary does that mean I can’t link my card?

You can link your secondary WSCU Collabria Visa card to your WSCU online banking account; however, you cannot link your husband’s primary WSCU Collabria Visa to your WSCU online banking account.

Can I link my WSCU business Collabria Visa?

Checking Account Balance




If there are more than one card associated with my master account, does the balance and transaction history represent the balance and transaction history of the master account, or only my primary card?

The balance and transaction history represents that of the master account.

Will it split the pending transactions from the processed ones, like on MyCardInfo?

Your WSCU Collabria Visa transaction history will only display approved transactions, not those in “pending” status.

Will my payments appear instantly on my card like now at the banks?

Payments made to your WSCU Collabria Visa will display in your transaction history once they’ve been received and processed by Collabria.  

Where can I see my available credit or the due date?

Your available credit or the date due can be found by clicking the “MyCardInfo” link.

Where do I find my linked WSCU Collabria Visa once it’s linked to my online banking account?

Your WSCU Collabria Visa is visible at the bottom of your credit union accounts on the Account Summary page in online banking.

What do I do if I’m unable to link my WSCU Collabria Visa because of a date of birth error?

If a date of birth error is encountered while trying to link your WSCU Collabria Visa, do the following and try linking your card again:

  • Contact the WSCU Member Service Centre to confirm that your date of birth is accurate in their banking system
  • Contact WSCU Collabria Visa Customer Services (1.855.341.4643) to confirm that your date of birth is accurate in their system
