Your bills will be delivered electronically to a confidential mailbox at epost™. Each time that you log in to Online Banking we'll check to see if a new bill has been delivered to your mailbox. If it has, you can view your bill in Online Banking... and pay it immediately.

Use epost™ in 4 easy steps

1. Create a free epost™ account.

This is like creating an electronic mailbox. Follow the instructions in Online Banking to create the account that your electronic bills will be sent to. Login now.

2. Find and add "mailers".

A "mailer" is a company that sends you a bill (they "mail" it to you). epost™ has over 200 mailers that you can use.

3. Receive your bills electronically.

Your bills will be sent electronically to your epost™ mailbox instead of to your home. You'll see a notice when you log in to Online Banking that a bill has arrived (and you can get an email, too).

4. Pay your bill as soon as you receive it.

Click "Pay" when you view your electronic bill in Online Banking, select the account you wish to pay from, and... your bill is paid.

About the epost™ service

  • epost™ is owned by Canada Post Corporation. You can visit the epost™ site at to learn more.
  • Your bills are stored at epost™, not at Westminster Savings (they are delivered to us on your behalf). This means that you can transfer your bills to another financial institution that uses the epost™ service (though we'd hate to see you go).
  • You can go directly to the epost™ site, sign in with your epost™ username and password, and see your bills there.
  • If you already have an epost™ account you can move it to Westminster Savings. When you sign up for epost™ enter your current epost™ account username and password instead of creating a new one.
  • epost™ will store your bills securely for seven years. Your bills will be available to you when you need them.
