Tip!Who can view e-Statements and opt out of mailed statements?

e-Statements and mail options are available in Online Banking to the primary account holder only. Joint members will not be able to access these features in Online Banking.

This is consistent with both the account agreement, in which the statement is issued to the primary account holder, and current statement delivery options, where the statement is mailed to the address of the primary account holder.

When a primary account holder chooses to stop receiving paper statements, they must agree to make the e-Statement available to any other person who has a right to view the statement, including other joint account members.

Saving and sending an e-Statement

You can store an e-Statement on your computer by selecting "Save As" when the e-Statement opens, and saving the e-Statement PDF file to a directory on your computer. You can then attach the e-Statement file to an email to send it to someone else.
