Ordering Cheques

You can order cheques easily and securely in Online Banking. Our Member Service Centre will process your request, and you will receive your cheques shortly after in the mail.

How to order cheques

  1. Log in to Online Banking (see how)
  2. Click the Account Services tab.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click Order Cheques.
  4. Complete the online form (your personal information will be filled out for you already, but be sure to confirm the information).
  5. Indicate your consent to the order at the bottom of the form (because there may be service charges associated with your order) and then click Continue.
  6. Review the information you've entered to be sure it's accurate, and then click Submit.

Your order has now been sent to our Member Service Centre for processing. A Member Service Centre agent may contact you by phone or email to confirm the details of your order.

How long does it take to receive cheques?

It can take up to 10 business days to receive cheques in the mail. If you require cheques urgently visit your branch to request a small number of personalized and encoded cheques.

Don't want to order cheques online?

You can order cheques by calling the Member Service Centre at 604-517-0100 (toll-free: 1-877-506-0100) or at your nearest branch.
