Westminster Savings SVP, HR and Communications Honoured for Excellence

Vancouver, B.C. – May 2, 2018 Westminster Savings’ Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications, TJ Schmaltz, has been welcomed into the greater constellation of Fellow Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (FCPHR).

As Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications and Chief Human Resources Officer, TJ has executive oversight for organizational culture and employee engagement, recruitment and workforce planning, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, and corporate and internal communications at Westminster Savings Credit Union.
