We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a part-time capacity in the New Westminster, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge areas. 

As a Customer Service Representative you create long-term relationships with our business and personal members with the goal of advising and enabling them to achieve their most important goals.  You offer best in class service delivery by responding to and anticipating customer requests, asking questions to clarify customer needs and then matching the right product, service or expert to fulfill their requirements. 
In addition, you are to operate with integrity and ensure the confidentiality and privacy of our customer's financial details is always honored. 

You would have a variety of tasks including:

  • Posting basic financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cheque cashing.
  • Completing foreign exchange transactions including buying and selling of US, GBP and Euro currencies.
  • Setting and maintaining individual sales targets.
  • Referring members to appropriate experts.
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks including night deposits, ATM balancing and filing.

We are looking for individuals to join our CSR pool where you would serve three to four different branches within a defined region.  We are seeking individuals for the Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Maple Ridge branches.  We are not hiring for the Surrey, Langley or White Rock branches.

Qualifications Required

  • Enjoy offering excellent service to your customers by actively seeking opportunities to better serve their needs. 
  • Have a passion for excellence in all you do, whether building a relationship with a member, completing a financial transaction or working as part of a team.
  • Highly value honesty, fairness and integrity in all of your business and personal dealings.
  • Have completed your Grade 12 education.
  • Have a minimum of six months working experience in a front line customer service position in a sales-related environment with cash handling skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, quickly and efficiently.
  • You are comfortable with computers and working with MS Office.
  • Must be available to Mondays to Saturdays, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and be willing to travel to a minimum of four of the following branches: Hastings Heights (Burnaby), Metrotown (Burnaby), New Westminster, Austin (Coquitlam), Sunwood Square (Coquitlam), Shaughnessy Station (Port Coquitlam), Landmark (Maple Ridge) and Maple Ridge.
