July 16, 2012: The Westminster Savings Board of Directors is asking members for approval on two Special Resolutions that involve changes to the credit union rules and a change to the authorization for director remuneration.

Special Resolutions are voted on by members and in order to be approved, two-thirds of voting members must vote in favour of the Special Resolutions. During July 2012, all eligible members will receive a Member Information Booklet and ballot in the mail. Ballots must be returned no later than 3:00pm on August 28, 2012.
